Headline: Chad Conducts Air Raids inside Sudan and UN Security Council Worried about Return of Tensions

UN Security Council expressed concern over return of heightened tensions between Chad and Sudan urging both countries to exercise restraint and to seek dialogue instead of violence
The Security Council also called on armed groups in both countries which are active in the common border area to abide by agreements they signed in 2006 and 2007
In N’Djamena, meanwhile, the Chadian government acknowledged its military conducted air raids against rebel bases inside Sudan in the past few days
